Ingredients

4.5 C​uncooked Wide Egg Noodles (6ozs)
1Can​(12.5 oz) Tuna, drained & flaked
1C​ each, Sour Cream and Mayo
½ C​ Parmesan Cheese, grated
½ C​ Milk (or half & half)
1tsp.​Dijon Mustard
1/4C​ minced onion (more or less to taste)
1 can artichoke hearts, quartered

Directions

Cook noodles to al dente.
Mix sour cream, Mayo, Parmesan Cheese, milk, Mustard, salt and Pepper.
Mix Noodles and tuna to sour cream mixture, along with any vegetables.
Pour into a 2 quart baking dish, cover.
Convential Oven:​350 for 40-45minuts or till hot and bubbly.
Microwave oven:​Bake on High approx… 15 minutes or till hot and bubbly
