Ingredients

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup Thousand Islands dressing
16 oz sauerkraut rinsed/squeezed dry
8 oz shredded corn beef
16 oz shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

In small bowl mix and combine mayo and dressing. Spread kraut into a 9×13 baking dish. Layer, corn beef, Swiss cheese and the mayo mixture on top of kraut.
Bake 20-25 mins on 350
Loaf of rye bread cut in small piece. You can lightly toast the bread or use crackers.
