Ingredients
- 4 French baguette
- 4 cups Water
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1/2 lb sliced London Broil Roast Beef
- 12 slices Cream Havarti Cheese
Horseradish Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise (regular or Whole30)
- ¼ cup grated horseradish or 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all of the ingredients in for the horseradish sauce in a small bowl, set aside in the refrigerator.
- Cut French Baguette horizontally and place on baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan, combine Water and Beef Consume over medium high heat. Stir until well mixed.
- Dip Boar’s Head London Broil Roast Beef in broth until warm or for 3 minutes.
- Arrange London Broil Roast Beef on French Baguette and top with Boar’s Head Cream Havarti Cheese.
- Bake sandwich for 3-5 minutes or until Cheese has melted.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve with a small bowl of extra Au Jus for dipping.
