London Broil French Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 French baguette
  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1/2 lb sliced London Broil Roast Beef
  • 12 slices Cream Havarti Cheese

Horseradish Sauce

  •   1 cup mayonnaise (regular or Whole30)
  •   ¼ cup grated horseradish or 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  •   2 tablespoons chopped chives
  •   1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  •   1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  •   ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  •   ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in for the horseradish sauce in a small bowl, set aside in the refrigerator.
  3. Cut French Baguette horizontally and place on baking sheet.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine Water and Beef Consume over medium high heat. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Dip Boar’s Head London Broil Roast Beef in broth until warm or for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange London Broil Roast Beef on French Baguette and top with Boar’s Head Cream Havarti Cheese. 
  7. Bake sandwich for 3-5 minutes or until Cheese has melted.
  8. Slice in half diagonally and serve with a small bowl of extra Au Jus for dipping.
