Horseradish Sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients in for the horseradish sauce in a small bowl, set aside in the refrigerator.
  3. Cut French Baguette horizontally and place on baking sheet.
  4. In a medium saucepan, combine Water and Beef Consume over medium high heat. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Dip Boar’s Head London Broil Roast Beef in broth until warm or for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange London Broil Roast Beef on French Baguette and top with Boar’s Head Cream Havarti Cheese. 
  7. Bake sandwich for 3-5 minutes or until Cheese has melted.
  8. Slice in half diagonally and serve with a small bowl of extra Au Jus for dipping.
