Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts, drained quartered
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 box of gluten free crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Place the mayonnaise, parmesan, artichokes, garlic, paprika and pepper in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
  3. Transfer the artichoke mixture to an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until it is hot and bubbly. Serve immediately with crackers.
